Responsibilities • Monitor and interpret telemetry for cardiac rhythm changes and vital sign abnormalities, • Administer medications, IV therapies, and interventions per provider orders, • Conduct comprehensive assessments and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR, • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary care teams, • Respond quickly to patient condition changes and initiate appropriate clinical actions, • Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medications, and discharge plans, • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, • Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience, • BLS & ACLS (AHA) and Valid RN license in Arizona OR active Compact RN license, • Strong understanding of dysrhythmias and telemetry interpretation, • Excellent communication and patient care skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment Travel Requirement Travel to client locations is required for this position and may vary based on project needs.
