Job DescriptionBenefits: • Competitive salary Position Overview We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, NY. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with strong clinical skills, Meditech EMR experience, and the ability to provide high-quality care across multiple medical-surgical units. Key Details • Radius Rule: Must live within 60 miles of the facility, • Contract Type: Daily OT after 24 hours | Weekly OT after 48 hours, • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, • Ratio: 1:56, • Float Areas: MS 4 Pav, MS 5 Pratt, Acute Inpatient Rehab (Ortho/Neuro) Requirements • Active New York RN License (Current and Valid), • Minimum 1 successful travel assignment completed, • First-time travelers will not be considered, • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, • Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, • Experience with Meditech EMR required, • Required Drips/Medications: Heparin drips, Magnesium and Potassium riders Common Patient Diagnoses Sepsis, COPD, CHF, post-op recovery, general Med-Surg, post-op plastics, and ALC (awaiting nursing home placement).
