Your expected schedule will be Fridays to Sundays, plus holidays. Your tasks will include: Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities • Maintain a friendly and outgoing attitude, • Operate and maintain the rope tow, tubes, and tubing lanes, • Promote safety at all times, • Assist and coach guests through their adventures, • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a fantastic guest experience, • Accurately handle cash and operate a sales till, • Serve adult beverages while adhering to state laws, • Keep work areas and merchandise clean and presentable, • Become knowledgeable about Schweitzer Mountain facilitiesSecondary Responsibilities, • Shovel snow, • License/Certifications: Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Training Certificate (we’ll help you acquire this!), • Technical: Basic computer skills, • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand and walk over uneven surfaces for up to 10 hours in all weather conditions; lift, pull, or push up to 40 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally, • Minimum education required: None
