Job Description Summary: Streetwork Project is an innovative outreach-counseling program for homeless youth in Harlem, which utilizes a harm reduction approach. Under this umbrella, Case managers provide comprehensive services to adolescents and young adults impacted by homelessness and involved in street activities (gangs, violence, drug use/sale and survival sex). This position will focus on providing support and services to LGBT youth. Job Description Child Care Worker Overview The Child Care Worker ensures the basic needs, health, and safety of residents are met and supports youth through a nurturing environment during their placement.
