This program will focus on improving healing outcomes, reducing hospitalizations, and ensuring compliant Medicare billing practices. We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to lead, develop, and clinically oversee this new service line. Position Summary The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner will serve as the clinical lead for our in-home wound care program. This role combines direct patient care with program development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical oversight. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in patients homes and has strong knowledge of Medicare documentation and billing requirements.
