Physician Assistant - Family Nurse Practitioner Greater Austin TX area Our client is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a growing outpatient clinic focused on Occupational Medicine, Workers’ Compensation, and Injury Care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with on-site therapy services, a strong reputation in the community, including support for veterans. This role offers a highly predictable outpatient schedule, strong compensation, and the chance to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Schedule: • Monday through Thursday: Full days, • Friday: Half day, • Predictable outpatient schedule with no major schedule surprises, • Time split between two office locations Responsibilities: • Perform physical evaluations and examinations, • Assess and treat acute injuries and musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, • Prescribe and manage medications and therapeutic procedures, • Perform injections, wound care, and pain management treatments, • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, • Collaborate with therapy and support staff to ensure strong patient outcomes Qualifications: • Licensed Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in Texas, or eligible for licensure, • Open to new graduates, • Experience in Workers’ Compensation, Occupational Medicine, Orthopedics, Injury Care, or Urgent Care preferred, • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills, • Ability to thrive in a structured, outpatient environment Compensation & Benefits: • $130,000 - $150,000 salary range, • CME reimbursement, • 21 days of PTO to start, • Established outpatient clinic Why This Opportunity? • Predictable weekday schedule with half day Fridays, • Outpatient-only setting, • On-site therapy services for a team-based care model, • Opportunity to support a diverse patient population, including government-contracted cases, • Strong fit for both experienced providers and motivated new grads
