Our radiologists & imaging specialists are board certified by the American Board of Radiology in their respective subspecialties. Our subspecialized imaging physicians, American College of Radiology certified technologists and customer-service oriented staff provide our patients with state-of-the-art imaging technologies and innovative treatment options in a compassionate environment. \n Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available on the day and night shifts. \n We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to newly hired Techs! \n As a Radiological Technologist on the X-Ray team, you will contribute to our quality care by producing diagnostic images using a variety of radiographic equipment, including fixed radiographic, O & C-Arms and fluoroscopic. You will perform radiographic procedures on neonate, children, adults, and geriatric patients. \n Summary of Essential Duties: \n\n • Patient education prior to the examination\n, • Preparation of supplies and equipment set up\n, • Helping perform sterile technique procedures\n, • Following established quality assurance procedures\n, • Maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality\n, • Assisting radiologists as needed\n, • Graduate of an JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology Training Program required License/Certification: • Current CRT, CRT-Fluoro, ARRT and BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) certifications required Experience: • Radiology Tech experience preferred, • Applicants with 2+ years of experience may be considered as a Radiology Tech II, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritizing, decision making and multi-tasking skills required, • Understanding of medical terminology and medical diagnoses required, • Flexibility and the ability to perform under stressful situations required, • Ability to identify and recognize contraindications for exams required, • Knowledge of clinical billing preferred Physical Demands: • Frequently move/lift between 20-50 pounds, depending on assignment requirements

Requirements: Medical Assistant Responsibilities • Prepare patients for procedures and provide pre- and post-care support, • Assist with patient transport (wheelchairs, gurneys), • Sterilize and maintain instruments per compliance guidelines, • Maintain treatment room cleanliness and turnover efficiency, • Manage medical supply inventory and stocking, • Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance, • Support providers and clinical staff as needed X-Ray Technician Responsibilities • Perform high-quality diagnostic x-rays and upload to PACS, • Apply casts, splints, and braces under provider guidance, • Assist with minor procedures (bandaging, suture/staple removal), • Maintain x-ray equipment and compliance standards, • Manage supply ordering and storage, • Support scheduling and clinical flow as needed, • Maintain HIPAA compliance Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent, • Active California Radiologic Technician license, • Current BLS certification, • Proficiency in EMR/EHR/PACS and Microsoft Office, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Knowledge of orthopedic injuries and anatomical terminology, • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability, • Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and assist with patient movement, • Professional demeanor and flexibility with scheduling
