Job Description Responsibilities include: - Coach and mentor small children at the USAG compulsory level - Develop and implement lesson plans, drills, and training programs - Prepare gymnasts for competitions - Ability to handle coaching groups of young children effectively Qualifications include: Coaching experience with a focus on USAG compulsory levels - Experience coaching in USA Gymnastics (USAG) and/or USAIGC competitions - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work with and motivate young gymnasts Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter highlighting their coaching experience
