Assistant Division: Long Island Location: Bethpage, NYReporting to: Project Manager & VP What You’ll Do: • Coordinate with HR & Field to track onboarding and offboarding activities, • Track and follow up on employee and manager action items, including:, • Security awareness training completion, • Policy acknowledgements, • Equipment return confirmations, • Track action items and follow-ups from meetings, • Follow up on stalled or incomplete requests (non-technical support), • Prepare non-technical monthly IT reports (Training, cellular, and hardware), • Maintain Compliance calendars, • Reconcile monthly expenses and invoices, • Assist with fulfilling and tracking orders, • Maintain vendor contact lists, contracts, and renewal dates (internet services, utilities, licensing), • Communicate with vendors for, • Facility-related issues (Plumbing, HVAC, pest control, etc…), • Non-technical issues (eWaste, shredding , copier maintenance), • Track service requests and ensure follow-through, • Support recurring ISO policy and compliance requirements by (May add more non-technical support as I review the policies):, • Communicating with satellite office points of contact, • Collecting, scanning, and filing physical security logs, • Server room access logs, • Guest sign-in sheets, • Maintain records to support audits and reviews, • Monthly ISO-policy requirements., • Communicate with satellite office POCs, • Scan and file physical security logs (Server room access and guest sign-in), • Manage and maintain employee roster updates, including tracking and maintaining all Long Island employee and field staff trainings, certifications, and compliance records, • Provide ongoing support with The Onion platform and all related electrical licensing requirements, • Assist with BEC and FDNY filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions, and follow up with Project Managers to close out all BEC and FDNY requirements, • Maintain and update vehicle logs and related documentation, • Help support BMO expense’s tracking and reporting, • Assist with overseeing the Long Island office, including:, • Assist in employee onboarding support, • Ordering and maintaining breakroom and office suppliesAdvantages of Working at E-J:, • Leading Electrical Contracting Organization Nationwide, • Oldest Family-Owned and Operated Electric Contractor since 1899, • Job training and mentorship, • Competitive compensation packages, • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and 401K plan, • Paid holidays and vacation, • Merit-Based Bonus The E-J Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and ensures equal employment opportunity for all persons without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, or any other characteristic protected by law. #LI-PIN Powered by JazzHR rSVEL1WaP5
