Based in Garden City, NY, this executive-level role is ideal for a seasoned operations leader with a strong background in multi-unit restaurant or franchise management, ready to take on a key role in driving operational excellence, growth, and brand expansion.As the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability across all locations. Your leadership will be essential in shaping the guest experience, driving financial performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
