Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a front-liner for one of our iGaming clients, supporting their players through phone calls, online chats and emails. You will assist their players with registration, game play, technical, payments and other generic queries.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer service inquiries through chat and other channels
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Handle customer complaints,
• Contribute towards the departments objectives to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the customer service team as a whole
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies implied by the business
• Build rapport with customers through open and interactive communication
Requirements:
• Native Spanish with excellent English language skills
• Around 1 Year experience working in Customer support role in the iGaming industry
• Strong customer focus with good communication skills
• Computer / IT literate, and familiar with
