You own the student experience from the moment someone enrolls through to renewal and referral. You teach, you coach, you create community — and you make sure our methodology delivers real results, every day. /p pThis is not a back‑office role. You will be visible, active, and directly responsible for the quality of learning that keeps students coming back. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Student Experience Learning /h3 ul liDeliver a consistently premium educational experience aligned to the Wall Street English methodology. /li liGuide and support students through their learning journey — from first lesson to program completion. /li liEnsure students achieve measurable learning milestones and trust the method. /li liManage all student concerns and feedback; log and resolve same day. /li liTeach lessons, Encounters, Social Club activities, and complementary classes as needed. /li /ul h3Operations Standards /h3 ul liEnsure classroom readiness before every session — no exceptions. /li liMaintain IT assets, center visual presentation, and supply inventory. /li liFollow all Standard Operating Procedures to uphold brand consistency. /li liManage monthly inventory checks and provide two supplier quotations to the Centre Director when restocking. /li liContribute to daily and monthly reporting requirements in Core Course. /li /ul h3Community Growth /h3 ul liOrganize and lead monthly Social Club activities to drive student engagement. /li liCreate photo and video content from center events. /li liSupport student retention and referral targets. /li liDrive alumni engagement through digital tools and in‑center promotion. /li liPartner with the Sales Team and Centre Director to ensure seamless service‑to‑sales handoffs. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liNative or bilingual English speaker. /li liUniversity degree. /li liCELTA or equivalent TEFL qualification. /li liMinimum two years’ teaching experience. /li liWarm, patient, and energizing — students should feel inspired in your classroom. /li liHighly organized with strong attention to operational detail. /li liProblem Solver, pragmatic, and proactive. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liWall Street English or EFL franchise teaching experience. /li liExperience living or working internationally. /li liCommercial awareness or previous exposure to renewal/referral targets. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pbContract: /b Permanent, full‑time — Monday to Friday /p pbHours: /b 40 hours per week /p pbStart Date: /b As soon as possible — August 2026 target /p pbTraining: /b Full Wall Street English methodology onboarding provided /p pWe are an equal opportunity employer.
