We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airline Customer Service Representative, specifically for the Dutch market. Position Overview: As an Airline Customer Service Representative for the Dutch market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Dutch-speaking passengers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. You will be the primary point of contact for passengers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service in Dutch. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and assist with booking reservations, ticket changes, and other flight-related services in Dutch. Handle passenger complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions. Provide information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other relevant airline services. Collaborate with other departments within the company to coordinate passenger requests and provide a unified customer experience. Stay up-to-date with airline policies, industry regulations, and market trends to provide accurate and helpful information. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer service database. Proactively communicate flight delays, cancellations, and other travel disruptions to passengers in a timely manner. Qualifications: Native in Dutch, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Prior customer service experience in the airline industry is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Empathetic and customer-focused attitude. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of airline reservation systems is an advantage.
