The role focuses on transforming validated AI concepts into robust, production‑ready applications. The successful candidate will design, build, deploy, and maintain generative AI solutions, ensuring reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence. /p h3Key Duties /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain production‑ready generative AI applications and services. /li liBuild APIs, backend services, integrations, and user‑facing AI functionalities. /li liImplement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt orchestration frameworks, tool‑calling mechanisms, and agent‑based workflows. /li liDesign and optimize context‑management strategies, including embeddings, semantic retrieval, grounding, memory management, and knowledge integration. /li liEvaluate and improve AI system performance in terms of accuracy, reliability, latency, safety, scalability, and cost efficiency. /li liIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, internal systems, authentication mechanisms, and external data sources. /li liImplement monitoring, observability, logging, tracing, guardrails, and operational controls for AI services. /li liDevelop reusable software components, frameworks, templates, and best practices to accelerate AI solution delivery. /li liCollaborate with engineers, researchers, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. /li liContribute to AI engineering standards, software architecture guidelines, and operational procedures. /li liSupport deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI services throughout their lifecycle. /li liProduce and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, architectures, and operational processes. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libEducation /b ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline. /li /ul /li libEssential Knowledge and Professional Experience /b ul li3–5 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or AI application development. /li li2+ years of hands‑on experience developing solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. /li liProven experience building and deploying production‑grade applications using Python and modern software development practices. /li liExperience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems. /li liExperience designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and system integrations. /li liKnowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and agent‑based architectures (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen). /li liExperience with cloud platforms and AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic). /li liExperience with software testing, observability, monitoring, logging, and production support. /li liUnderstanding of LLM evaluation methodologies, prompt engineering, model limitations, hallucination risks, and AI quality assurance. /li liExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and modern software delivery practices. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, translating business or research requirements into technical solutions. /li liExperience working in multidisciplinary teams within research, innovation, technology, or product development environments. /li /ul /li libAdditional Knowledge and Professional Experience /b ul liExperience deploying AI solutions in
