As a specialized automotive logistics operator, Noatum Autologistics manages end‑to‑end vehicle logistics operations, including: • Vehicle transportation (road, rail and RoRo), • Inland compounds and vehicle storage, • Technical vehicle services (PDI, workshops, technical centers) The Role We are currently looking to hire a Country Manager Spain for our Noatum Autologistics division, based in Barcelona or Zaragoza. The Country Manager Spain will play a critical leadership role, acting as the main responsible for business performance, operational execution, and financial results of Noatum Autologistics in Spain, while ensuring full alignment with the group’s regional and global strategy. This role is essential to guarantee continuity, reinforce local leadership, and support the company during a period of significant growth, transformation and international expansion. Key responsibilities • Assume full accountability for the P&L of Noatum Autologistics Spain, ensuring profitability, cost control, and achievement of financial targets., • Drive performance against budget, forecasts, and operational KPIs., • Operational & Team Leadership: Lead and develop national and international operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement., • Strategic Alignment & Growth: Implement and execute corporate strategy at country level. Support growth initiatives, including new customers, new services, and operational expansions (e.g. new compounds)., • Contribute to the integration of RoRo Logistics Forwarding and other automotive logistics services., • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration with Finance, IT, People, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate functions. Support digitalization initiatives, system implementations, and process optimization. Represent Noatum Autologistics Spain in high‑level engagements with OEMs, key clients, and strategic suppliers. Lead commercial negotiations in coordination with group and regional stakeholders., • Compliance, Safety & Governance: Guarantee compliance with corporate policies, local legislation, and industry regulations. Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards. Uphold AD Ports Group governance and reporting requirements., • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track operational and financial performance, providing regular and structured reporting to senior leadership.
