As a Site Leader, you will be at the forefront of Lubrizol’s operations in Montmeló, leading a high‑performing team and ensuring the site delivers safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with business goals. Your leadership will directly shape site culture, operational performance, and strategic execution. You’ll work across diverse functions to deliver sustainable solutions that advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: • Lead the Montmeló site with a strong focus on ethics, safety, high performance, and operational excellence., • Develop and execute the annual operating plan in alignment with the business’ AOP and functional operations requirements., • Manage, coach, and develop the plant and functional teams, fostering engagement, talent growth, and accountability., • Oversee annual site planning activities including budgeting, capital expenditure planning, performance reviews, organizational design, and talent review processes., • Drive the site’s manufacturing performance across HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Capital, Continuous Improvement, Asset Efficiency, and Organizational Development., • Build and strengthen functional excellence through collaboration with HSE, Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Operations Excellence, and other Centers of Excellence., • Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing technology to ensure seamless operations and on‑time customer delivery., • Partner effectively with business and commercial teams, demonstrating a business‑driven mindset and a “one team” collaborative approach., • Support CAPEX initiatives related to continuous improvement, maintenance, and capacity expansion.
