From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Material Planning Specialist. Main Responsibilities • Plan and execute material supply based on production demand, manufacturing plans, and inventory levels., • Analyze consumption patterns, trends, and deviations, proposing adjustments to stock policies and MRP parameters (lot sizes and MOQs, lead times, coverage levels, etc.)., • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing obsolescence., • Track daily material availability, identifying risks and making fast decisions to protect production continuity., • Coordinate with Production, Suppliers, Quality, and Procurement to align needs, timelines, and standards., • Manage supplier-related incidents including delays, logistics issues, documentation, and material quality concerns., • Optimize procurement processes using data and key performance indicators (OTIF, inventory days, stock‑outs, planning efficiency)., • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Digitalization, MRP automation, Production processes, etc.). Minimum Requirements Academic Background • Degree in Industrial/Organization engineering. Master’s degree is a plus., • High level of English and Spanish (at least C1). Soft Skills • Strong analytical skills., • Be able to interpret data effectively., • Proactivity., • Problem‑solving ability., • Teamwork and high sense of urgency., • Strong communication and attention to detail. Specific tools • SAP and/or MRP knowledge is desired but not mandatory.
