ph3Customer Success Manager - Centric Shoppingfeed /h3 pLocation: Alicante, Spain (3 days / week in office) /p pSolution Focus: Shoppingfeed /p pRegion: Southern Europe /p pAt Centric Shoppingfeed, we help online sellers publish their product catalogs on marketplaces and digital marketing platforms across Europe and the United States. Every day, we provide our clients with the support they need to successfully sell on marketplace platforms such as Amazon, ManoMano, Zalando, or AliExpress through our integration and optimization software. We also help them promote their products through digital advertising campaigns on channels such as Google, Facebook, Awin, or Criteo. /p pThe “Customer Success” team was created to build customer loyalty throughout their experience with our platform, interacting closely with the Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing divisions. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide functional and technical assistance to merchants via phone and ticketing system in the daily use of the Centric Shoppingfeed platform. /li liEnsure merchants and brands are fully aware of and able to use all the features offered by the solution. /li liRespond to customer questions and issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. /li liAct as a liaison with the technical support team when merchant issues go beyond functional support. /li liBuild and maintain long-term relationships based on trust while advising merchants from a strategic perspective. /li liHelp customers optimize their revenue according to their needs, business sector, and market opportunities. /li liRepresent the voice of the customer internally to help improve and develop the platform. /li liMaintain a very low churn rate and increase revenue within the assigned customer portfolio. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liEducational background related to Marketing, eCommerce, Languages, Communication, or Technology is highly valued. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn collaborative platforms such as Slack, Zendesk, Planhat, HubSpot, etc. /li liSpanish: Required for communication with Spanish clients. /li liEnglish: Required for internal communication with Centric Shoppingfeed teams in France and global Centric Software teams. /li /ul h3Bonus Language Skills /h3 ul liPortuguese: highly valuable for communication with Portuguese clients. /li liItalian: valuable for communication with Italian clients. /li liFrench: valuable for internal communication with Centric Shoppingfeed French teams. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pExperience in eCommerce and familiarity with the marketplace and digital marketing ecosystem are highly desirable. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and teamwork, with excellent interpersonal skills.
