Since 2017, with our German partners, we've been doing this by shaping software development teams. So far, we have over 160 crew members from 14 different nationalities sailing with us. We are expanding our team and looking for a new rinder to get on board. Are you the next to be reeled in ? As a Team Captain at rindus, you are the central contact for your team members and partners (customers). You will maintain close contact with both your team and partners, managing relationships with an open, empathetic, and friendly approach. You should be able to work independently and structure your tasks effectively. • Establish and grow trustful relationships with team members and partners to understand their individual situations, goals, needs, and challenges., • Gain deep insights into each team member's environment to balance their interests with those of the team, the project, and the partners, aligning with rindus culture and values., • Use your relationships to address concerns early, identify root causes of challenges, provide transparency, and collaborate on solutions to achieve positive outcomes., • Support team building processes, from recruitment to stabilization., • Implement best practices regarding tools, processes, and people management, and share knowledge with partner teams., • Provide proactive input on services and solutions for improvement or creation., • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure satisfaction of team members and partners., • Manage key processes such as performance reviews and salary discussions, balancing various interests responsibly., • Develop and implement initiatives to engage and care for team members, reinforcing our rindus culture and values, and act as an ambassador of our "reason why"., • An empathetic personality with a strong passion for working with people., • Proven experience in building empathy-driven relationships, with experience in coaching or psychology being a plus., • Experience with international companies and candidates is advantageous., • At least 5 years of HR experience at the business partner or generalist level in fast-paced, high-growth environments., • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to see the bigger picture and business impact., • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders, including partners and clients., • Ability to identify issues and communicate opportunities effectively., • A good team player and relationship builder., • Fluent in English, both oral and written., • Excellent communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing.
