Talent Solutions is seeking to recruit an IT B2C EU Business Partner for a leading company in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects within the industrial or retail sectors and be available to travel. This is a direct hire position with the client company. Fluent English is required Mission: To act as a strategic business partner for Order-to-Cash (B2C), providing support to Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and IT to achieve measurable results (service level, cycle time, impact on cash flow, and user adoption). The role involves being responsible for the end-to-end process vision and translating business strategy into a pragmatic SAP roadmap, ensuring harmonized work methods, robust governance, and continuous improvement across all regions. Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to B2C stakeholders, proactively defining priorities, constructively challenging assumptions, and ensuring alignment with business and operational strategy. Lead stakeholder governance by defining and maintaining clear cycles, decision-making forums, and documentation standards, ensuring transparency regarding ownership, scope, dependencies, and expected business benefits. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Order-to-Cash and CRM processes, as well as cross-functional processes (e.g., Trade Discount Management, Campaign Management, Sales Reporting) across all Business Units. Translate business needs into a clear to-do list and SAP roadmap, ensuring transparent prioritization based on business value, risk, regulatory impact, and process criticality. Ensure a consistent and standardized implementation of Sales Processes across the company's systems environment, promoting process coherence and the reuse of global solutions. Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for O2C systems (e.g., system availability, change success rate, order-to-cash cycle time, error rates, user satisfaction), providing valuable information to senior management and driving corrective action plans. Drive change adoption with key users, coordinating training, transition readiness, and intensive support activities to ensure solutions are fully integrated into daily business operations. Co-lead initiatives with business stakeholders from the discovery phase through implementation, ensuring that scope, priorities, and delivery focus on value outcomes (service level, revenue acceleration and cash flow, customer experience) rather than purely technical deliverables. Coordinate internal and external delivery teams (functional, technical, integration partners), ensuring compliance with agreed-upon methodologies, governance models, and quality standards.
