Our client is a leading global fashion retailer, operating in 200+ online and 90+ offline markets worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-level digital solutions, working with a modern tech stack and delivering measurable business value. Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office at least twice per week. IF YOU ARE • An experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, • Confident in backlog management, prioritization techniques, and roadmap planning, • Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, • Experienced in stakeholder management and expectation alignment, including senior client-side stakeholders across multiple countries, • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, business, QA, • Experienced in driving discovery activities: workshops, interviews, hypothesis validation, • Solid understanding of non-functional requirements and their impact on product quality, • Data-driven: able to analyze user feedback, track product metrics and KPIs, and use them to inform backlog priorities, • Upper-Intermediate Spanish (B2+) - required for direct communication with client management, • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) - required for work with cross-functional delivery team AND YOU WANT TO • Manage and continuously refine the product backlog - prioritize based on business value and customer impact, • Contribute to product roadmap planning and communicate progress and scope to client stakeholders, • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clear and actionable, • Lead discovery activities: workshops, hypothesis validation, user research, • Analyze user feedback and product performance metrics to drive informed backlog decisions, • Support product KPI and OKR tracking, linking business goals directly to backlog priorities TOGETHER WE WILL • Have an individual career path for professional development and career growth, • Boost leadership skills with managerial competencies with leadership-development programs that enable emerging and mature leaders to deliver more value, • Work with a diverse team of professionals in a collaborative enterprise environment, • Care about your initiatives - we are open to them, just come and share your ideas, • Take part in internal and external events where you can build and promote your brand All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or protected veteran status.
