Nous recherchons un manager ayant déjà au minimim 1 an d'expérience en gestion d'équipe en call center pour encadrer, coacher et gérer une équipe de plus de 30 agents travaillant sur des marchés internationaux. Pour ce poste vous devrez accomplir les tâches suivantes : Gestion, planification et coordination de l'équipe Rapports sur les accords de niveau de service, les indicateurs de performance clés, etc. Motiver et coacher l'équipe pour l'aider à atteindre les objectifs. Suivi des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs Exigences minimales : Expérience d'au moins 1an en tant que chef d'équipe dans un centre d'appels. Konecta is hiring a Floor Manager with native or bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish and English to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment. Team Management: Service Quality: Ensure performance targets are consistently met while maintaining excellent service quality. Provide continuous performance updates to clients. Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor team results, applying innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement. Training & Development: Workflow & Request Management: Maintain regular communication with other team leaders and upper management to ensure alignment on objectives, and deliver clear, consistent direction to all team members. Offer innovative, high-quality solutions to meet client needs. Proven experience in team management within a customer service environment. Strong command of office tools and management software.
