Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Executive Manager to lead and inspire the sales team, drive group conversion, and maximize commercial opportunities in line with annual objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, commercial proactivity, negotiation skills, and operational excellence to ensure outstanding client experiences and business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals. Assign and manage leads effectively, ensuring all inquiries are answered within Hyatt standard response times. Monitor and ensure proper client follow-up throughout the sales cycle. Drive commercial activity with a proactive and energetic approach, participating actively in internal sales actions and initiatives. Develop and communicate a clear strategic sales vision to the team. Participate actively in tentative meetings, ensuring the team attends fully prepared with all relevant information for effective decision-making. Work closely with the Revenue Manager and Head of MICE to optimize business opportunities and strategy alignment. Conduct hotel site inspections and ensure all brand and operational standards are consistently met. Maximize group conversion to achieve annual revenue targets. Support team members in decision-making and client negotiations when needed. Prioritize and strengthen relationships with key partners such as ALHI, CVENT, HB, and other strategic accounts. Negotiate effectively to secure and materialize business opportunities. Expand and maintain the client database through proactive sales activities and networking. Encourage and organize client visits and hotel presentations, transmitting this commercial mindset to the team. Monitor monthly budgets and forecasts, proposing action plans to achieve targets. Maintain visibility with in-house clients and ensure each sales manager follows up together with the assigned group coordinator. Demonstrate flexibility, versatility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Candidate Profile Proven experience in hotel sales management, preferably within luxury hospitality or MICE segments. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness. Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Proactive, dynamic, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Operations, and Events teams. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus. Se trata de un rol claramente ejecutivo y hands-on, enfocado en llevar la marca al exterior a través de eventos, colaboraciones con marcas y acciones de PR, siempre alineadas con la estrategia definida desde Branding. Buscamos una persona activa, curiosa y muy conectada con lo que está pasando en la ciudad y en el sector, capaz de detectar oportunidades, coordinar acciones y ejecutar activaciones que refuercen la visibilidad y el posicionamiento de Gonzalez&Co, actuando como punto de contacto entre la marca y colaboradores externos. Responsabilidades 🚀 ● Búsqueda y contacto con marcas y partners potenciales para colaboraciones, eventos y activaciones de marca. ● Gestión y coordinación de colaboraciones y acciones con partners externos, asegurando coherencia con la identidad y la estrategia de la marca. ● Organización y apoyo logístico de eventos y activaciones (aperturas, acciones especiales, colaboraciones), en coordinación con los equipos internos y marcas colaboradoras. ● Asistencia a eventos y activaciones para asegurar su correcta ejecución y representación de la marca. ● Gestión de campañas de influencer marketing: búsqueda de perfiles alineados con la marca, contacto, coordinación y seguimiento de las acciones. ● Research y convocatoria de perfiles relevantes (influencers, prensa, colaboradores) en acciones locales o aperturas en nuevas ciudades. ● Seguimiento y análisis básico de resultados de las acciones realizadas, tanto a nivel cuantitativo como cualitativo. ● Preparación de reports mensuales y presentaciones sencillas con los resultados y aprendizajes del área. ● Detección y propuesta de oportunidades de colaboración y activación junto al equipo de Branding. Perfil 🤝 ● Formación en Comunicación, Publicidad, Marketing, PR o similares. ● Experiencia previa en roles similares, eventos, PR o colaboraciones valorable, pero no imprescindible. ● Persona activa, curiosa y muy al día de tendencias culturales, de consumo, digitales y offline. ● Muy buenas habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para representar a la marca de forma profesional frente a terceros. ● Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y responsable, gestionando tareas y tiempos con criterio. ● Perfil dinámico, con energía y ganas de moverse, implicarse y aprender dentro de un entorno en crecimiento. Condiciones 📋 ● Contrato laboral de 40 horas semanales . ● Rol dinámico, con participación puntual en eventos y activaciones fuera del horario habitual, compensado dentro de la jornada establecida. ●Posición con posibilidad de crecimiento a medio plazo, en línea con la fase de expansión de la compañía. ● Formato Presencial con flexibilidad y viviendo lo Restaurantes (Oficinas en Consell de Cent, 298, Barcelona) ● Condiciones económicas según perfil y experiencia ¡Buscamos personas con ganas de hacer que las cosas pasen! 🔥🌯

Your Profile & Skills • Proven Digital Leadership: Several years of experience managing significant eCommerce P&L and leading teams that span multiple functions (e.g., Merchandising, Marketing, Support)., • Platform Fluency: Deep operational knowledge of major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar) and experience leveraging advanced marketing platforms (Klaviyo, etc.) and helpdesks (HubSpot, etc.)., • Strategic & Tactical Balance: You can craft a 3-year vision while also diving into the weekly performance metrics to guide your team on immediate actions., • People & Culture Builder: A track record of successfully managing and developing diverse specialists (technical, creative, and operational), fostering accountability, and building strong team morale., • Industry Interest (A Strong Plus): A genuine interest in shooting sports or technical enthusiast products helps immensely in understanding customer motivations and pain points., • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
