TUS RETOS SERÁN: En dependencia del CFO en España y del equipo de Technology & Transformation de Italia, la persona se responsabilizará de las siguientes funciones: • Brindar soporte técnico y resolución de problemas para sistemas de IT, redes y aplicaciones., • Supervisar el rendimiento del sistema, la seguridad de la red y la integridad de los datos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de la empresa., • Coordinar con los proveedores el mantenimiento, las actualizaciones y la adquisición de hardware y software., • Realizar copias de seguridad periódicas del sistema, simulacros de recuperación ante desastres y garantizar la planificación de la continuidad del negocio., • Apoyar la instalación y configuración de software y hardware, garantizando un funcionamiento eficiente y seguro., • Documentar los procesos, actualizaciones y soluciones de IT para futuras consultas y capacitación., • Contribuir a la implementación y aplicación de las políticas y mejores prácticas de IT., • Resolver problemas técnicos y brindar soporte técnico a los empleados internos en cuanto a software y hardware., • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para apoyar y mejorar los procesos relacionados con IT., • Participar en las actualizaciones de sistemas y la implementación de software, garantizando una interrupción mínima de las operaciones comerciales., • Dirigir y participar en proyectos de la empresa para lograr los resultados y cumplir con los plazos establecidos., • Dirigir y coordinar la apertura y el traslado de nuevos almacenes, gestionando las actividades con proveedores y clientes en colaboración con los departamentos centrales de T&T. QUIEN ERES: • Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información, Informática o un campo relacionado, con experiencia equivalente., • Experiencia de al menos 2 años en soporte u operaciones de IT, idealmente en el sector del transporte o la logística., • Conocimiento de soporte de redes, hardware y software., • Sólidos conocimientos y habilidades técnicas para sistemas PC y Mac, móviles y tabletas Android e iOS., • Conocimientos de configuración y resolución de problemas de impresoras láser multifunción e impresoras térmicas de etiquetas (como Zebra)., • Conocimiento de terminales de radiofrecuencia con sistema operativo Android., • Conocimiento de herramientas MDM como Intune, Airwatch y WorkspaceOne., • Conocimiento de soluciones en la nube (Azure-GCP)., • Conocimiento de sistemas empresariales y fundamentos de ciberseguridad., • Conocimiento de marcos de gestión de servicios de IT., • Conocimiento de soluciones de gestión de incidencias de ITSM., • Conocimiento de herramientas CMDB para la gestión de activos de TI de la empresa., • Nivel de inglés alto.
