We are excited to welcome an experienced Reformer Pilates instructor to our team, as we prepare for our studio opening in January 2026. We value confidence, charisma, and care in our team members. Our classes are designed to challenge and uplift, blending technical precision with personal connection and a touch of play. What We’re Looking For: • Experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor., • Comfortable speaking in English (Catalan or Spanish is a plus)., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Availability to teach at least 4 classes per week., • Legal authorization to work in Spain. Main Responsibilities: • Lead group Reformer Pilates classes that are technically precise, engaging, and inclusive., • Deliver a consistent experience aligned with agō’s teaching philosophy and visual standards., • Adjust and personalize exercises for different levels and abilities with sensitivity and care., • Maintain the studio environment: prepare reformers, manage cleanliness, lighting, and music before and after each session., • Observe and correct form safely, ensuring high-quality movement execution., • Create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters connection and community., • Participate in brand events, workshops, or collaborations when required., • Communicate clearly with clients and the team; report any incidents or client concerns to management., • Uphold agō’s aesthetic, behavioral, and operational standards at all times. Key Competencies Technical • Deep knowledge of Reformer Pilates technique and anatomy., • Ability to cue with clarity, rhythm, and precision., • Strong understanding of class flow, progression, and alignment principles., • Capacity to adapt and adjust sequences based on participant needs., • Emotional intelligence and empathy when guiding clients., • Professional and composed communication style., • Charisma and presence — capable of inspiring confidence without ego., • Musicality and rhythm: able to use music as a teaching tool., • Creative mindset that brings freshness and care to every session., • Team player — collaborative, open, and supportive toward colleagues.
