La Salle Campus Barcelona – Ramon Llull University , a leading higher education institution specialised in Engineering, Art and Technology, AI, Architecture, Business, and Philosophy, is seeking to incorporate into its organisation, within the Marketing & Admissions Department, an: International Business Developer Your main role will be to drive international postgraduate recruitment and enrollment by developing new markets, partnerships, and channels while consolidating and growing existing ones. The position combines market analysis, relationship building with organizations, agents, and institutions, the design of targeted recruitment strategies alig0ned with La Salle’s academic positioning and the international business development strategy. Conduct international market analysis to identify high-potential regions, segments, and opportunities for student recruitment. Design, plan, and implement promotional, outreach, and recruitment actions for postgraduate programs in strategic markets; Monitor performance through data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking by market/region, and propose improvements and optimisation actions. Identify and implement process improvements in admissions, conversion, and commercial follow-up workflows to maximise recruitment targets. Deliver personalised commercial follow-up and conversion management, supporting candidates from initial enquiry through enrolment and tuition payment from the strategic international markets. Provide tailored academic advising and guidance to prospective international postgraduate students, aligned with institutional and program requirements. Identify, evaluate, and represent the institution at international student fairs, university visits, and orientation events. Develop and manage relationships with scholarship bodies, government entities, and financial institutions to facilitate student funding opportunities. Minimum 5 years’ experience in admissions, student recruitment, or international business development within the education sector. Degree in Marketing, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or similar. English C1–C2 and fluent Spanish (Catalan is a plus). Experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
