    Desde Eurofirms estamos buscando incorporar a un/a Gestor/a de Servicios para un importante distribuidor de medallas turísticas para que pueda hacer las siguientes funciones: - Resolver incidencias y proporcionar soporte técnico: diagnosticar y reparar máquinas expendedoras y TPV cuando dejen de funcionar. - Reabastecimiento de máquinas: visitar regularmente a clientes para reponer las medallas de sus máquinas. - Gestión de inventario y logística: recibir, enviar y organizar el stock en le almacén. - Configuración e instalación de máquinas: preparar y configurar nuevas máquinas para clientes y coordinar el transporte para su entrega en museos y atracciones turísticas. - Coordinación de nuevos diseños de medallas: trabajar con diseñadores para crear nuevas medallas de recuerdo. - Facturación y soporte contable: generar facturas de venta de medallas. REQUISITOS Fuertes habilidades organizativas para gestionar inventarios y logística de máquinas. Conocimientos técnicos (mecánica/electrónica) para la resolución de problemas en las máquinas expendedoras. Licencia para conducir, ya que el rol implica viajes recurrentes a ubicaciones de clientes. Conocimientos en SAP, Salesforce y de contabilidad QUE OFRECEMOS: Contrato indefinido en una empresa en crecimiento Jornada completa de 40h (9 a 18h y viernes hasta las 15h) Salario: Entre 25-30k
