Are you fluent in French and motivated to work from Barcelona while covering a dynamic European market? Then this Account Manager role could be the perfect next step in your career. Our client is a well-established European company with nearly 30 years of experience in outsourced inventory services, supporting hundreds of retail brands across more than 20 countries. As part of a growing European sales team, you will play a key role in developing the French market, combining account management with new client acquisition, and working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international setting. Key languages : • Full professional level of French, • Full professional level of Spanish Main responsibilities : • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring renewals and long-term retention, • Develop new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling, referrals, inbound leads), • Handle the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing, • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate inventory solutions, • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail and food distribution, • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of inventory campaigns, • Monitor client satisfaction and propose improvements to services and processes, • Actively contribute to the growth of the French market within a European scope, • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline follow-up using internal tools Core skills/experience : • Junior profile with 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development., • Proactive and results-oriented attitude., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Organized, structured, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment., • Comfortable with frequent interactions with clients and internal teams., • Ability to clearly explain services and value propositions., • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
