Nuestra misión es hacer que la inversión inmobiliaria sea accesible para todo el mundo, permitiendo a los usuarios invertir desde 100 € en solo 2 minutos y recibir ingresos mensuales por alquiler. Descarga la app, eliges una propiedad, inviertes desde 100 € y comienzas a recibir ingresos por alquiler cada mes. Equito se encarga de identificar activos inmobiliarios, estructurar oportunidades de inversión, ejecutar reformas, gestionar alquileres y distribuir ingresos mensuales. Somos un equipo de 38 personas. Nuestra app cuenta con más de 270.000 descargas y ya se han invertido más de 33.000.000 € a través de la plataforma. Como Controller Contable & Fiscal , serás el pilar de rigor financiero en Equito. Tu misión será garantizar que toda la operativa contable y fiscal sea precisa, puntual y auditable, permitiendo que el equipo de liderazgo tome decisiones basadas en información fiable. Este rol evolucionará con el crecimiento de la compañía, pasando de ejecutar procesos a diseñarlos y escalarlos. Tus responsabilidades: Preparar y presentar impuestos (IVA, retenciones e informativos) asegurando cumplimiento en plazo y forma. Coordinar la elaboración del Impuesto de Sociedades junto con asesores externos. Gestionar la contabilidad asociada a propiedades (activos, pasivos, provisiones), garantizando trazabilidad por activo. Registrar y controlar ingresos y gastos por propiedad. Ejecutar el cierre contable mensual y anual (asientos, amortizaciones, devengos, periodificaciones). Apoyar la elaboración de reportes financieros (P&L, Balance). Realizar conciliaciones bancarias periódicas e identificar discrepancias. Colaborar con equipos de Acquisition, Tech y Product para validar operaciones y flujos financieros. Apoyar en la planificación presupuestaria y forecasting. Identificar e implementar mejoras en procesos contables, impulsando su automatización. Mantener políticas contables y procedimientos internos actualizados. Adaptar y escalar los procesos conforme crece el portfolio y la compañía. ¿Qué buscamos? Grado en Contabilidad, ADE, Finanzas o similar. 4–6 años de experiencia en contabilidad general, con al menos 2 años gestionando obligaciones fiscales de forma autónoma. Conocimiento sólido del PGC español y normativa fiscal vigente. Experiencia en entornos startup, scale-up o sector inmobiliario (muy valorable). Nivel avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, conciliaciones). Experiencia con ERP (Holded muy valorable). Español nativo o fluido (imprescindible). Inglés es un plus. Alto nivel de precisión y atención al detalle. Mentalidad de ownership y proactividad. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión (especialmente en cierres). Comunicación clara con perfiles no financieros. Orientación a procesos, mejora continua y escalabilidad. Interés por tecnología y automatización. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Experiencia en una startup en rápido crecimiento.
