Solturo Management is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for U.S.-focused projects. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will help shape the voice and identity of a brand committed to providing care, dignity, and support to families. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with company growth goals and sales objectives. Lead the development of a meaningful brand strategy that reflects the values of compassion, trust, and cultural sensitivity. Define and maintain consistent marketing themes that reflect our mission and values, ensuring each campaign reinforces a unified and emotionally resonant brand identity. Create and implement storytelling strategies that emotionally connect with our audience, showcasing real stories of care, dignity, and impact. Help bring to life the journeys of our caregivers and clients, building a brand that people trust, relate to, and remember. Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across digital and offline channels. Plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, and display advertising. Leverage tools like HubSpot for campaign automation, lead tracking, segmentation, and performance analytics. Optimize website content and user experience to increase traffic and conversions. Design and execute offline campaigns such as radio ads, billboards, flyers, podcasts, and community events. Integrate traditional media with digital strategies for cohesive multichannel campaigns. Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support all stages of the sales funnel—from lead generation to conversion. Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates) and refine strategies for optimal results. Create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences, focusing on empathy, clarity, and relevance. Requirements
6+ years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to the U.S. market.
Proven experience in digital strategy, content creation, and performance marketing.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
Strong storytelling and brand communication skills.
Proficient in English; understanding of U.S. market and audience tone is a plus.
Experience aligning marketing with sales strategies and business goals.
