About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, structured and business-minded Chief of Staff to operate as the strategic extension of our founder and executive team. This role is pivotal in helping the Chairman and the broader leadership team think clearly, move quickly, and execute effectively. You’ll act as a thought partner, operator, and problem-solver, helping the company gain clarity on priorities, implement high-impact initiatives, and reduce complexity across functions. No two days will look the same – your work will evolve with the business. Your ability to cut through the noise, ask questions, and align teams will be key to your success. This position is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, business operations, strategy, or finance role, and who is now looking to work hand-in-hand with executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities Strategic Alignment & Leadership Support • Act as a sparring partner to the Chairman, CEO and co-founders on key strategic and operational topics, • Contribute to the definition and prioritization of company-wide objectives and OKRs, • Help prepare and facilitate key executive meetings (COMEX, offsites, board meetings), ensuring follow-through and accountability, • Anticipate roadblocks and ensure that leaders are focused on the right issues at the right time Cross-functional Project Management & Execution • Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that don’t fall neatly into any one department, • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive initiatives to improve process efficiency and clarity, • Coordinate the execution of strategic priorities across marketing, product, operations, finance, and HR, • Act as an internal force multiplier, helping teams focus, align, and collaborate effectively Financial Management • Own budget forecasting, cost optimization, and financial reporting across events, ensuring resource-efficient, high-quality production. Business Intelligence & Decision Support • Ensure reliable monitoring of key business and team KPIs, • Support executive decision-making with actionable analysis and synthesis of complex data and insights, • Prepare briefs, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders, • Occasionally represent the Chairman in meetings or events when appropriate Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA is a plus, • 3+ years in operational leadership roles within event management, startups, or scale-ups, • Proven expertise in managing logistics, budgets, cross-functional execution, and stakeholder coordination, • Experience overseeing multiple large-scale events, • Familiarity with blockchain, AI, venture capital, or emerging tech ecosystems is highly valued, • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, thriving in fast-paced environments, • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, • Proficiency with productivity and event management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable, CRM platforms), • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset Preferred Skills • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We offer competitive compensation, global exposure, and a high-impact role shaping the future of technology events.
