We are seeking a Executive Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager to join our Head Office based in Courbevoie. --> JOB PURPOSE: • Manage top executive compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and LTI plans, ensuring market competitiveness through benchmarking and stakeholder coordination., • Manage the complete lifecycle of LTI plans, including annual grant allocations, vesting processes, and ongoing administration through coordination with managing banks, beneficiaries, and Corporate Finance teams., • Support corporate governance activities by preparing Board and CNR materials, conducting analyses, and ensuring compliance with French regulations and proxy guidelines., • Execute regulatory compliance and reporting, including CSRD requirements, indices … The Executive Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager leads the design and management of executive pay programs, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives (LTI), ensuring market competitiveness through benchmarking and stakeholder collaboration. They oversee the full LTI lifecycle—from grant allocation to vesting and administration—in close coordination with managing banks, beneficiaries, and Corporate Finance. The role also supports corporate governance by preparing Board and CNR materials, conducting compensation analyses, and ensuring compliance with French regulations and proxy guidelines. --> PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Executive Compensation: • Oversee all executive compensation activities, including salary, bonus, LTI and other benefits (retirement, company car, etc), ensuring consistency and competitiveness., • Conduct benchmarking and ensure alignment with market standards., • Ensure legislative and market watch to anticipate changes and future requirements. Long-Term Incentive Plans: • In charge of LTI processes, consistency and competitiveness., • Prepare guidelines and instructions, as well as follow the proposal process up to the validation steps., • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, HRIS, legal) and external partners (e.g., banks) for efficient delivery of grant, vesting, taxation and invoicing cycles., • Anticipate and ensure all documentation preparation in coordination with the Legal department (e.g. resolutions, plan rules, regulatory reports)., • Support SVP rewards to CEO/CHRO-level calibrations., • Ensure clear communication to beneficiaries. Objective setting and assessments: • Supports in the preparation of the objective settings as part of STI of LTI plans, • Ensure tracking and timely assessment of the objective performance, • Prepare supporting material in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Corporate Governance: • Prepare remuneration-related materials for the Board of Directors, CNR (Nomination & Remuneration Committee - 5 recurrent meetings annually), and Annual Shareholders’ Meeting., • Conduct studies, analyses, and benchmarking upon the CNR’s request to support strategic decision-making and maintain alignment with governance standards and market best practices., • Draft chapters related to remuneration of corporate officers (Chairman of the Board, CEO) in the Universal Registration Document (URD) and ensure alignment with French regulation and proxy advisory guidelines. Reporting and Compliance: • Lead gender pay calculation and analysis, aligning with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements to ensure transparency and compliance., • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen data reporting for fair pay practices and diversity metrics in alignment with CSRD and other regulatory requirements: in charge of calculation of total remuneration metric, fair wage and social protection. --> PRINCIPAL INTERFACES: Internal: • Chief People Officer, • HR Leadership Team, • CSR team, • Legal (EVP Legal, corporate governance Director, VP risk & insurance), • Finance, • Investors relation External: • Banks / Auditors / Proxies / Advisors / Actuaries --> SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Professional and/or technical competencies: • Education in Engineering (Master or equivalent) – Actuarial studies as an advantage., • Minimum 5 years of specific experience in executive compensation, benefits, and governance within multinational organizations., • Proficient in benchmarking and job grading methodologies (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Hay)., • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance frameworks. Leadership competences: • High level of seniority with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams., • Proven ability to guide projects and initiatives in multicultural environments., • Strong decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset., • Effective communicator, able to articulate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
