About the job S&H have been exclusively instructed by a leading financial technology business on an exciting new interim Legal Counsel role based in Paris, focusing on IT and privacy matters across France, Belgium and Luxemburg regions. The candidate should be: • Fluent in French including contract drafting., • Experience in IT contracts (including if possible financial regulatory matters - DORA, EBA Guidelines etc.), • Must have significant commercial technology experience, • PQE Guide circa 4 years + (this is a guide only), • In-house experience valuable but not essential Due to the high volume of applications, if you haven’t heard back from the team on this role, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
