We build and power leading media streaming platforms for some of Europe's biggest SVOD/AVOD players (M6+, Videoland, $RTL+...)$, dealing with 45+ millions of users. As our CHRO, you will report directly to the CEO and drive the global HR strategy, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting our international growth. You'll manage a team of 9 HR professionals and influence the company's most critical people decisions. The role is based in Lyon, or alternatively in Paris with a minimum of two days of travel per week. The position is based in Lyon. As a CHRO, you will report directly to the CEO. The CHRO will define and implement the company's global HR strategy and ensure strong alignment with Bedrock's product, platform, and technology strategy. 1. HR Strategy & Leadership • Develop and execute the international HR strategy in explicit alignment with Bedrock's product, platform, and technology strategy, ensuring people decisions directly support product outcomes, scalability, and long-term platform sustainability., • Advise the executive team on organization design, leadership models, and workforce allocation, with clear and explicit links to product performance and execution efficiency., • Act as a core contributor to the design and evolution of Bedrock's product-led organization (product, platform, content, tech), in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, and Platform leadership., • Support and anticipate structural changes linked to growth, internationalization, and product and platform transformation. 2. Talent Development & Corporate Culture • Oversee recruitment, talent development, and performance management with a strong focus on product-led execution and long-term value creation., • Own and continuously evolve career paths and leveling frameworks for Product and Tech roles, ensuring clarity, consistency, and fairness across countries and teams., • Design and steer performance and incentive systems adapted to a product-led environment, emphasizing outcomes over output, collective performance, and long-term impact., • Foster a strong and inclusive company culture while embedding product literacy and tech culture into leadership expectations and talent development programs. 3. Employee Relations & Compliance • Lead the group's works councils with the support of the HR team and work to maintain a positive working environment with employee representative., • Manage employee relations across multiple sites in partnership with local stakeholders, ensuring consistency with Bedrock's product-led operating model., • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in all countries of operation, while maintaining scalable and coherent HR frameworks., • Lead compensation and benefits strategies that balance competitiveness and equity, with explicit links between HR decisions and tangible product or platform outcomes. 4. HR Operations & Team Management • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals across multiple locations, fostering strong partnerships with Product, Tech, and Platform teams., • Define, monitor, and continuously refine HR KPIs with a clear focus on their contribution to product execution, talent retention, and organizational performance., • Optimize, simplify, or remove HR processes and tools (HRIS, digital solutions, analytics) that hinder speed, autonomy, or execution quality., • Anticipate and pilot the development of future-critical skills, notably in AI, data, platform engineering, and modern product operating models. WHAT WE’ RE LOOKING FOR • 10+ years in senior HR roles, ideally in international tech, media, or streaming environments with strong product and engineering cultures., • Demonstrated ability to align people strategy with product, platform, and technology strategy in a product-led organization., • Proven experience designing or operating career paths, leveling frameworks, and performance systems for Product and Tech roles., • Strong product literacy and solid understanding of modern tech environments, including platforms, data, AI, and engineering constraints., • Track record of simplifying HR processes to improve execution speed, autonomy, and organizational effectiveness., • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to link HR decisions to concrete product and business outcomes., • Experienced in leading multi-cultural, multi-site teams., • Fluent in English (daily business language).
