Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Junior Site Support / Customer Service Representative to join a team supporting operations within a scientific / laboratory environment in Lyon. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain experience within a regulated or laboratory-based setting. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and escort visitors and external suppliers on site, • Transport visitors safely around the site using company vehicles, • Manage visitor documentation and administrative processes, • Support general coordination activities and site logistics, • Assist with document archiving and record management, • Provide a professional and customer-focused experience for site visitors Requirements • Fluent French, • Valid driving licence, • Some knowledge of, or exposure to, a laboratory or scientific environment, • Available to start immediately or at short notice Preferred Background • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related or quality-related discipline, or, • Previous experience in a laboratory, QA, or similar environment, • Anything above a Bachelor's degree will be too senior for this role. Additional Information This is a junior-level position suited to candidates early in their career. The role will involve a mix of coordination, administrative support, and visitor management within a technical environment. Due to the nature of the position, candidates must be available to start quickly and must be able to work on a freelance / contractor basis.
