Our page MG Motor Europe on LinkedIn: Purpose of this role The Network Development Manager's role is to support the country and their team of Sales Area Manager in Dealer appointment, leading dealer performance discussions regarding Share, Sales, CSI, Facility, and Capacity. The manager will also assist with follow-up on Contract, Term Agreements, Minority Appointments, Dealer Onboarding, territories and potential set up. Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role Network Strategy & Expansion • Execute the national network development plan in alignment with global and European distribution frameworks., • Define and maintain compliant partner selection criteria under French and EU regulations., • Lead end-to-end dealer appointment process, including candidate assessment and executive negotiations., • Manage dealership agreements, floor plan setup with financial institutions, and contractual compliance., • Monitor dealer financial health (P&L, balance sheet, KPIs) in collaboration with Finance and external providers., • Drive corrective action plans for underperforming partners and lead replacement processes when required., • Supervise CI and signage implementation in line with brand standards., • Select and audit service providers to ensure optimal commercial conditions and operational efficiency., • Act as the key interface between the brand and the dealer network., • Partner with Marketing, Press, Finance, and regional teams to support network performance and visibility., • Maintain regular field presence to strengthen partnerships and elevate customer experience standards. Experience & Educational background & Expertise • 7+ years’ experience in automotive dealer network development., • Strong knowledge of the French distribution landscape., • Solid commercial and financial acumen with ability to interpret dealer performance and legal documentation., • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capability., • Fluent in English (business professional level)., • Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented with strong field engagement mindset.
