About the Company The Fleet Sales Manager - Corporate plays a critical role in maintaining and developing relationships with major Corporate Fleet customers. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the company’s fleet sales goals and overall business success. About the Role Responsibilities Business Development: • Identify new business opportunities within existing Fleet Corporate accounts to expand the company’s footprint, maximise Corporate Sales and increase revenue., • Develop and present proposals and solutions that address customer needs and align with the company’s offerings., • Negotiate contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial for both the company and the customer., • Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Fleet customers, with a strong focus on major corporate businesses e.g. fleet size and/or opportunities of 250 vehicles+., • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally., • Provide high-level support to resolve complex customer inquiries and issues., • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely resolution of concerns., • Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, local regulations, and ethical business practices., • Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the team and with external Corporate accounts. Qualifications Education: • At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with significant experience in Fleet Sales and Corporate Account management., • Deep knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly in fleet sales, customer service, and strategic partnerships., • Strong understanding of fleet sales principles and practices.
