Known for brunch, lunch, and private events, we are looking for a strong leader ready to step up into a Head Chef role, collaborating with our Executive Chef and guiding a small team of three. As Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:


  • Conduct monthly stock takes
  • Understand and manage GP margins
  • Ensure cooking stations are adequately supplied
  • Follow the Executive Chef’s guidance
  • Lead and mentor the team
  • Optimize the cooking process for speed and quality

  • Proficiency in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of best cooking practices
