Clinical & Decontamination Recruitment Specialist (Decontamination / Endoscopy / Surgical Services) Location: Office-based in either Cuffley, Hertfordshire or Newton Abbot, Devon Salary: £38,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with additional hours as reasonably required to support business growth and service delivery About Us Frontline Health Professionals and Frontline Insourcing, part of Aetheria Group, specialise in delivering high-quality workforce and insourced medical service solutions to the NHS, private healthcare providers and the wider public sector. Our core areas of expertise include endoscopy, decontamination and surgical services, delivered through experienced consultants, surgeons, nurses, allied health professionals and wider multidisciplinary teams. We support NHS providers with workforce solutions, insourced clinical service delivery and specialist operational expertise designed to help services increase capacity, improve productivity, and support waiting list and diagnostic recovery objectives. With established access to NHS frameworks, deep sector expertise, and proven leadership in sterile services and decontamination, including SSU and TSSU environments, we are continuing to expand these service lines and are now looking for an outstanding Clinical & Decontamination Recruitment Specialist to help drive that growth. The Opportunity This is a hands-on, high-impact 360 recruitment, onboarding and service development role. It is ideally suited to an experienced Decontamination Manager, HCPC-registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), or NMC-registered Theatre Nurse who wants to bring their clinical and operational expertise into a more commercial, strategic and growth-focused environment. You will play a central role in helping us expand our endoscopy, decontamination and surgical workforce offering across the NHS and wider healthcare sector, supporting both recruitment delivery and service-line development. This is not a narrow recruitment desk role. It is an opportunity to combine clinical credibility, workforce expertise, onboarding discipline, client support, lead generation, service mobilisation and commercial contribution within a business that understands NHS insourcing, workforce delivery, sterile services, operational quality and public sector procurement. About the Role You will be involved across the full recruitment and service support lifecycle, including: • sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates for endoscopy, decontamination and surgical services, • managing onboarding and compliance processes to ensure candidates are fully compliant and deployment-ready, • supporting lead generation and service-line growth across key operational areas, • helping maintain and strengthen relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders, • supporting rostering and deployment activity to help ensure safe and effective service delivery, • contributing to the development and expansion of our endoscopy and decontamination offering in line with NHS demand and operational priorities, • assisting with the development and management of existing accounts, as well as supporting new client opportunities, • working closely with leadership and delivery teams to support service mobilisation, workforce planning and operational readiness Why This Role Is Different You will work closely with an experienced former NHS TSSU Technician, NHS operational leadership, and an experienced Managing Director, together bringing more than 55 years of NHS insourcing and recruitment experience. This gives you the rare opportunity to join a business that combines: • genuine sector credibility, • established NHS access, • specialist understanding of decontamination and endoscopy, • operational leadership experience, • and a strong platform for further growth Key Responsibilities You will: • recruit high-calibre candidates for endoscopy, decontamination and surgical services, • manage onboarding and compliance processes to ensure candidates are fully compliant and ready for deployment, • support business development activity through lead generation, market mapping and client engagement support, • build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders, • support rostering and scheduling to help ensure safe and effective workforce delivery, • contribute to the growth of our endoscopy and decontamination service offering in line with NHS demand, operational priorities and market opportunity, • support account development and help identify new client and service opportunities, • work collaboratively with leadership, delivery and commercial teams to support service mobilisation and workforce planning, • contribute to a disciplined, professional and solutions-focused working culture About You We are looking for an experienced and credible clinical professional who wants to move into a more commercial, operational and business development-focused role, while still using their technical expertise to shape high-quality workforce and service solutions.
