Tender Lasting Care Services are passionate about care and hold a high staff retention, we now have a part time Support workers post available for 20hrs+ per week in the Penkridge ( Stafford ) area to complete our team of dedicated Support Workers. The successful candidate will be providing care and support to a young man who lives independently with complex needs & C.P. He will require 1:1 and 2;1 support at home & out in the community for his day to day support & care. The successful candidates need to demonstrate to us as a company: A cheery bright empathic disposition. Are looking for a long term career in care with ourselves. Are interested in professional development within the company Are flexible Have a passion for care Can demonstrate a commitment to support vulnerable adults and young people Be able to work in a team environment as well as work on a 1;1 basis Be aware of the 6 C`s in Care and be able to demonstrate competencies in achieving the National Care Certificates. All positions involve personal care, hoisting, moving & handling, meal preparation & the ability to connect with a young man in his 20’s. Must have a full driving licence and own vehicle.
