We are a traditional pub based in Farringdon serving homemade burgers and pizzas.
Key responsibilities will include: preparation of ingredients and cooking food to order; maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards; maintaining kitchen cleanliness; keeping kitchen paperwork up-to-date and in proper order; managing kitchen stock levels and communicating with management about ordering of ingredients.
Have at least a level 2 food hygiene certificate
Be self motivated
Be able to deliver consistent food with quick and efficient service
