Your responsibilities:

Resolving all Zapp customer issues proactively with a high level of customer obsession

Actively monitoring orders placed on Zapp up to completion

Answer inbound calls from customers, riders, and warehouse teams

Proactively liaise with riders and warehouses to ensure orders run smoothly

Provide feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience

Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries

Skills you’ll need & Eligibility…

Work experience in customer service / call centre roles

Customer-oriented attitude with good telephone manner as well as problem solving skills

Excellent skills in English, proficiency in English word-processing

Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution

Availability on weekends and evenings

Must own a laptop, have a stable wifi connection and a quiet space to work
