We are looking for experienced football coaches to join our club to assist with training sessions and to potentially head one of our teams.


Coaches duties include (but not limited to):

  1. Setting up training sessions
  2. Creating development plans for players
  3. Identifying key areas for player and club growth


All roles are paid positions doe.


Applicants should be based in and around the West London area, preferably within close proximity to Greenford, Harrow and Southall.


Applicants MUST BE passionate about children and their development in sport

This role is ideal for a student/graduate looking to break through the football coaching industry and perfect for someone passionate about youth development while confident in leading sessions with professionalism and energy. As our Lead Development Coach, you will take full responsibility for the development of your own group of young players. You’ll follow the NexAim Term Development Schedule to design structured, purposeful sessions and work with the same group each term — ensuring consistency, progress, and long-term development. 🔵 Role Details Position: Lead Development Coach Ages: 7–11 Location: Notting Hill Session Days: Fridays 6-7PM & Sundays 9-11AM. Session Length: 1 hour. Pay: £20 per hour Coaches who show strong performance and a positive impact will have opportunities for additional hours, increased responsibilities, and higher pay rates This role is a fixed-term coaching position running until July 2026, aligned with our seasonal programme cycle. Opportunities to continue beyond July may be available based on performance, commitment, and programme growth. 🎯 Responsibilities Lead engaging, high-quality sessions independently Follow the NexAim Term Development Schedule when planning sessions Take ownership of a consistent group of players each term Support and develop each player throughout the programme Maintain a positive, inspiring, and safe environment Be a strong role model for every child Communicate clearly with players, staff, and parents when required 📌 Must-Have Requirements FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football) Strong experience working with young children Confident session leadership Excellent communication skills Positive, patient, and professional coaching attitude ✨ Desirable UEFA C Licence, or working towards it.
