Houston & Hawkes are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to take ownership of an established, high-profile site, delivering an ambitious food offering spanning retail, hospitality and refined dining. This is a role for a chef who combines creativity with commercial awareness, leadership with attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences every day. From shaping menus and developing your team to driving standards and innovation, you will have the opportunity to influence every aspect of the food operation.
