*What you’ll be doing as an Kitchen Manager: *
Leading and developing a high-performing BOH team
Running a smooth, efficient kitchen operation in a high-volume setting
Managing stock, ordering and compliance
Championing food safety, hygiene and H&S standards
Training and mentoring team members
Ensuring every plate leaves the pass fresh, fast and full of flavour
Working closely with FOH and senior management to maintain excellent service
Experience as a Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Team Leader or Kitchen Assistant Manager in a fast-paced, fresh food environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Great under pressure, with high standards and attention to detail
Passionate about food quality, sustainability and people development
Confident with kitchen systems, stock control and rota planning
