KITCHEN PORTER / KITCHEN ASSISTANT – EAST LONDON MARKET STALL We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our busy Japanese fusion food market stall in East London. Full-time position – 6 days per week Pay: £21,000–£32,000 per year, depending on experience and hours. About the job: This is a hands-on role working at a busy outdoor market food stall. You will help with food preparation, cooking, cleaning, serving customers, and setting up and packing down the stall. Main duties: • Food preparation and helping with cooking, • Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, • Keeping the stall and work area clean and organised, • Helping during busy service periods, • Loading and unloading food stock and equipment, • Setting up the market stall before service, • Packing down the stall after service, • Carrying stock, boxes and equipment, • Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures Requirements: • Previous kitchen, catering or food-service experience preferred, • Reliable, punctual and hardworking, • Comfortable working in a busy outdoor market environment, • Able to lift and carry stock and equipment, • Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends, • Good basic English, • Must have the legal right to work in the UK Location: East London If you are reliable, hardworking and looking for a permanent full-time job, please apply with your experience and availability.
