Experience and Skills
Required:
- At least 6 months Property Inventory Clerk experience
- Full UK drivers license and own transport
- Proven time keeping skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills (English)
Details
- Work is based in London, Surrey and parts of Middlesex
- This is a freelance position
- Immediate start
- Contract will be ongoing for the right people
Employment basis

Areas of Responsibility
- Inventories, Check Ins, Check Outs and Mid Terms
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Representing Eclipse Inventories in a professional and customer focused manner
- Liaising with Eclipse colleagues to ensure the efficient and successful running of the business
Salary
Fee per job basis. Freelance full time OTE : £30k

Salary: £16,000.00-£31,700.00 per year
