We’re looking for a commercially astute Aftermarket Sales professional with: • Proven track record in developing and executing aftermarket or service-based sales strategies., • Experience setting long-term revenue growth plans and delivering against ambitious financial targets., • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, quantify and prioritise growth opportunities., • Understanding of the full aftermarket lifecycle, including Surveys, Spares & Repairs, CRM solutions, Modifications and upgrades., • Ability to articulate complex technical value propositions in a customer-focused, commercial manner., • Competence in managing post-sales processes and ensuring high-quality service outcomes., • Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve commercial targets., • Strong communication and presentation skills.
