We are looking for a Sous Chef for our Hoxton branch.

Red Dog Saloon has been at the front of the American BBQ scene for over 10 years now and we are still pioneers within the industry.

From slow smoked briskets and St. Louis cut ribs to Nashville fried chicken and greasy burgers Red Dog Saloon is the place to go for authentic American cooking.

All our food is made from scratch, with no central kitchen, reheating or microwaves. Join our team and learn the art of slow and low bbq as well as traditional American classics.

If you have a passion for cooking with fire with no fancy gimmicks this is the kitchen for you.
