We are an independent multi-award winner, fresh food restaurant with a great local reputation. We specialize in fresh pasta, small bites of Italian food and grappa cocktails. Our menus change with the seasons, and we use a variety of fresh products from Italy and the UK.
We are now seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade and directly assist the Head Chef and Chef Patron in running and further developing our food operation.
The right candidate will help manage a small team of chefs, take care of the day to day running of the kitchen and directly impact the growth of the business, while growing, learning, and improving his skills - this is a hands-on role with lots of fresh food cooking involved.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef to step into a fast-paced, busy, clean, and professional kitchen, preparing almost everything from scratch, serving Italian tapas and homemade fresh pasta, all cooked at very high standards. We are happy to consider any CDP or Junior Sous Chefs that are ready to step up into a more senior role.
